" Andrew quickly identified the source of a gas leak, much to our relief as earlier in the day neither another heating engineer or SGN could locate it. He contacted SGN to advise them where the leak was in the meter box and to instruct them to replace the faulty part. Andrew was very reassuring (asking us to phone him with the outcome of the SGN visit e.G.) and is very easy to relate to. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him highly. "
